Raven Rider UK — Full-Colour Bike Scan

A full pipeline collaboration with motorcycle content creator Raven Rider UK: we 3D-scanned her custom-wrapped Suzuki GSX-8S, built a photogrammetric mesh and a Gaussian splat from the capture, then full-colour printed a model of the bike and a figure of Raven herself.

Raven Rider UK — Full-Colour Bike Scan
THE BRIEF

From a real motorbike to a model you can hold.

Raven Rider UK is a motorcycle content creator with an unmistakable, fully-wrapped Suzuki GSX-8S. She wanted a faithful miniature of the bike — and of herself — plus digital assets she could make content with.

We captured the bike two ways: a photogrammetric mesh accurate enough to 3D print, and a Gaussian splat for photoreal digital use. From the mesh we printed the bike and a figure of Raven in full colour, wrap, decals and all.

How we made it

Scan it. Print it. Make content with it.

Scanned the real bike
01

Scanned the real bike

We captured Raven’s GSX-8S in full colour, producing a photogrammetric mesh accurate enough to print alongside a Gaussian splat of the whole bike.

Full-colour printed the bike

Using our full-colour process, we reproduced the bike complete with its custom wrap — every graphic, decal and colour carried straight through from the scan to the print.

…and a model of the rider

…and a model of the rider

We also printed a figure of Raven herself and mounted bike and rider together on a branded display base — a proper collector’s piece.

The Gaussian splat

A splat for content.

Alongside the physical models we delivered a Gaussian splat: a photoreal, free-flying 3D capture of the bike that Raven can drop straight into her videos and posts. Hit play to see it in motion.

THE OUTCOME

What we delivered.

A full-colour physical model of the bike and rider, plus a Gaussian splat for digital content — turning a real, much-loved motorbike into both a keepsake and a content asset. It’s our whole pipeline in one project: scanning, full-colour printing and digital 3D, working together.
